Music Ensemble
Chris Allen is an educator and French Horn performer from Tampa, Florida. Currently on the Brass Staff of the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps.​
Ted Mascari
Music Effect
Ted is an educator and arranger based out of upstate New York. Judging Coordinator and Education Director for the New York State Percussion Circuit.
Jon Merritt
Percussion
Jon is an educator and active adjudicator for WGI Percussion across the country. A marching member of the 1991, 1992, 1993 Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps.

VMBC Judge Coordinator. Doug has judged all visual captions for DCI and BOA as well as Effect/Visual for WGI.

He currently serves as the AIA Color Guard Chief Judge/Judge coordinator and is very active judging all visual captions in the fall for The Virginia Marching Band Cooperative.

Lieutenant Andres Gonzalez currently serves as the Executive Officer and Conductor of the Concert Band at the US Army School of Music. He is a former HS Band Director and an alumni of the Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps.
